Order Processing
• All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
• You will receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped, including a tracking number.
Domestic Shipping
• Standard (5–7 business days): Free on orders over $75; $5 flat rate under $75.
• Expedited (2–3 business days): $15 flat rate.
• Overnight: Available at checkout for $30.
International Shipping
• Delivery varies by destination (10–21 business days).
• Rates calculated at checkout based on weight and location.
• Customers are responsible for import duties, taxes, and fees.
Tracking & Delivery
• Use the tracking link in your shipping confirmation to monitor progress.
• Please ensure a valid delivery address; we are not responsible for items lost due to incorrect addresses.
Shipping Restrictions
• We currently ship to most countries, but cannot ship to PO boxes or military APO/FPO addresses.
• Certain products may be restricted in your region; you will be notified if your order cannot be fulfilled.
Delays & Issues

• For missing, damaged, or incorrect items, notify us within 7 days of delivery; include photos and order number.
